These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and get-ai-agents.com, doing business as AI Agents Chain of Command ("we," "us," or "our"). They cover your use of get-ai-agents.com, our application funnel, and the AI Agents Chain of Command program (the "Program").
By submitting an application, paying a deposit, booking a call, or joining the Program, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't apply or use the site.
If you apply on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
The Program is for owners of B2B businesses, such as agencies, coaches, and creators. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
The Program is application-based. The process is: watch the application video, complete a 5-step application survey, pay a $1,500 deposit by card, and book an onboarding call.
Our team reviews your application before the call. If you're a fit, we accept you on the call. If you're not, we tell you why on the call and refund your $1,500 deposit.
We only take 5 businesses per round. Applying or paying the deposit does not guarantee a spot. Please give accurate, complete answers. We may decline or remove anyone who gives false or misleading information.
The Program teaches you how to build AI agents on GoHighLevel. It is a coaching and education program. It is not a done-for-you service. You build the agents yourself, with our guidance.
The Program includes: a 1:1 onboarding call, a game plan, the Chain of Command software, weekly group coaching, 1:1 constraint sessions, 24/7 community and coach access, and live events in Celebration, Florida.
We may update the content, schedule, format, or tools in the Program over time to improve it. There is no cap on 1:1 constraint sessions. You may book as many as you need, but please use them thoughtfully and don't take advantage of the access. "24/7 access" means you can reach our community and coaches at any time; it is not a promise of a reply within any set time.
You'll need your own GoHighLevel account and any other third-party tools you choose to use. Those accounts are between you and those providers, and their fees are your responsibility. The Program covers the software costs to run the AI agents we provide. You are responsible for the business tools you already use, such as your own GoHighLevel account, and for any extra tools you choose to add to boost results; those costs depend on your business and how you use them. Everything else associated with the Program is covered by your Program fees.
We do not promise or guarantee any particular result. Your results depend on many things outside our control, including your effort, skills, business model, market, and how you apply what you learn.
Earnings disclaimer: Any examples of results, revenue, time saved, or client outcomes that we share are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn. Nothing in the Program is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions.
The Program starts with a $1,500 deposit. This is your first-month payment and covers month one. Your second month is $2,500.
If you stay in the Program after 60 days, you are committing to a 12-month contract at $2,500 a month, paid month to month. The 12-month contract starts on day 61, after your first 60 days, and is made up of 12 monthly payments of $2,500. Your first two payments, the $1,500 deposit and the $2,500 second-month payment, are separate and do not count toward those 12 payments.
Payments are made by card or PayPal through PayPal, inside our HighLevel funnel. By paying, you authorize us to charge your card for each monthly payment as it comes due until you stop the Program or the agreement is terminated as described in these terms. Each $2,500 monthly payment is charged every 30 days, counted from the date you paid your $1,500 deposit.
Failed payments. If a payment fails or is declined, we will send you a notice. There is no grace period, no automatic retry, and no late fee. If the payment is not made within 7 days of that notice, we will terminate your account and your access to the Program.
Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Deposit refunds. Your $1,500 deposit is refundable any time before your onboarding call. Once you have been onboarded and have finished your onboarding session, where our team builds your game plan, audits your business, identifies your agents and constraints, builds your Grok Bot account, and launches agents that are working for you, nothing is refundable. If you never attend your onboarding call and you ask for your deposit back, we will refund it.
Love It or Leave It. After your second payment, either side can choose to part ways. You can decide the Program isn't for you, or we can tell you it's not a fit. If either of us does this before the 60-day mark, no further payments are owed. To leave, contact us right away by any method: email, phone call, or text message. Once we hear from you, we will pause your account and remove your access to the Program. Payments already made are not refunded at any point. You simply owe nothing further, and no future charges will be made.
The 12-month commitment. If you stay after 60 days, you commit to a 12-month plan at $2,500 a month. Payments are month to month, and you can stop at any time with no early-exit fee or penalty. Payments already made are not refunded. The plan does not auto-renew; it ends when you stop paying or when the 12 payments are complete.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your access while the dispute is reviewed. Please reach out to us first so we can sort it out.

The Program includes live events in Celebration, Florida. We hold 4 live events a year, about 3 months apart. The next event is December 1, 2026, the last one of 2026. The date of each event is announced when the previous event ends. Events are held in person, with an optional virtual option.
Travel and lodging are your own responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing. We may change an event's date, venue, or format, or cancel it, if needed. We are not responsible for travel costs you incur if that happens.
By attending, you agree to follow venue rules and behave professionally. Events may be photographed or recorded. We may use photos and recordings of attendees in our marketing. If you don't want to appear, email us at [email protected] to opt out of any marketing use.
All Program materials are owned by us or our licensors. This includes the Chain of Command software, trainings, videos, templates, frameworks, documents, and recordings. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business while you're in the Program. You may not copy, resell, share, or publish them, or use them to create a competing program. When you stop the Program or your access is ended, all access shuts off, including Program materials, software, and the community.
The Chain of Command software, templates, and snapshots are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own the agents you build from our templates or snapshots. Your own business data, such as your contacts and customer records, stays yours. If you leave the Program and want to keep using agents built from our templates or snapshots, you may ask to purchase that software from us. Any purchase is negotiated privately in a one-on-one session, and we are not required to sell.
During the Program, you may see non-public information from us or from other members, such as our methods, software, pricing, and other members' business details shared in coaching or the community. You agree to keep this information confidential and use it only to take part in the Program.
We will also keep the business information you share with us confidential, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. This does not cover information that is already public or that you received lawfully from someone else.
When you apply, you can choose to check a box agreeing to receive SMS and email messages from us. These messages are about your application, your onboarding call, and the Program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Even if you don't opt in to marketing messages, we may send you transactional messages, such as payment receipts and booking confirmations.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The site and the Program are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from the Program or your use of the site.
We are also not responsible for outages, changes, or problems with third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, PayPal, Google, AI model providers, or phone carriers.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us and our team harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that come from your breach of these terms, your business, the AI agents you build or deploy, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or end your access to the Program if you break these terms, don't pay what you owe, or harm other members or our business. If we end your access for one of these reasons, no further payments will be charged, and payments already made are not refunded.
You may end the agreement through the Love It or Leave It exit described above, or as otherwise agreed with us in writing.
The sections on payment owed, intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive after the agreement ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Burlington County, New Jersey, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll let current clients know by email. Continuing in the Program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
